Hello! My name is Caelin Nippard. I opened Sol De Vine as a hobby & something to keep me busy during the winters while I am laid off for work. In the summers I do wildland firefighting. Yes, a total opposite from this job as a permanent jeweler. But even though I find myself cowboy camping most nights & without a shower for days, the moments when I’m not on a fire, I enjoy being pampered (getting nails, facials, hair done, getting permanent jewelry) & living like I have a luxurious lifestyle.

I’ve always had an interest in welding, maybe I didn’t see myself specifically Arc Welding on permanent jewelry, but I sure do find it just as interesting, if not more.

When I think of permanent jewelry, it’s not just an influencing decision, but more so a little hack. For people who wear jewelry everyday, being able to just wake up with it already on is so easy. No need to worry about where you placed your bracelet, anklet, or necklace anymore. I feel like it also can be a minimalistic touch as well.
